  Terrible. Routinely it is not working and tonight it took $15 from me and did not allow me to wash my car (the car wash completely ignored I had paid. Poorly maintained and poorly run. I strongly recommend going elsewhere or washing your car with a hose at home. Guys in United are useless and just claim not the same business even though it's on the same grounds.

  I took my car through here 2 years ago and they didn't flush the lines when changing the concentrate over and my car got a straight blast of degreaser and its now eaten into the paintwork, l went back a couple of days later and showed him the damage, he paid for a cut & polish to my car then 6 months later the chemical still bled out of my paint and back to square one, l gave it a cut & polish out of my own pocket, 6 months later it came back so l seen the owner about a full respray and he offered me $250 to wipe his hands of it.

  I am a frequent user of this car wash because of it's convenience, not it's great results. However lately it's reliability is failing. The first time it took my money and didn't work I was able to contact the owner who refunded the money. The second time it happened I tried ringing, but the number just goes to fax (I think). After going onto google reviews I see I am not alone in my experience. I understand technology can fail, but I do expect to be able to contact the owner and have my money refunded. Very poor service! Waste of money. No more chances!

  Used my card. Spent $11.25 and was charged $25. Do not use the car wash. Complete rip off. Tried calling a heap of times. Left messages and nothing. Also for about a week there was another transaction of $30 pending on the card also. Just don't trust it
